The East Side of the stadium will be a sea of Arsenal supporters, with licensed standing areas designated for those who prefer to stand and cheer. Ticket Pricing and Categories:

Sales Windows and Phases:
The ticket sales process is divided into several phases, with different eligibility criteria and sales windows. Here's a detailed breakdown:
Sales Window 1:
Platinum Season Ticket holders on track to attend 22 fixtures and General Admission Season Ticket holders who have attended at least 13/16 games, or 10/12 of the applicable games, AND have attended either of the away Carabao Cup fixtures (Port Vale or Chelsea) OR have 10+ away points, will have the first opportunity to purchase tickets. This phase opens on February 10th and closes on February 12th, allowing purchases of up to six members per booking.
Sales Window 2:
All other eligible Platinum Season Ticket holders and General Admission Season Ticket holders will enter a ballot. Those who purchase in Phase 1 will not be able to enter this ballot, so it's essential to plan accordingly. The ballot opens on February 16th and closes on February 19th, with applications for up to six members. Successful entrants will be contacted for ticket purchases.
Sales Window 3:
Silver Members and remaining Season Ticket Holders who do not meet the utilisation criteria will enter a separate ballot. If tickets remain, the Silver ballot will open on March 6th and close on March 9th. Successful entrants can then purchase tickets on a first-come, first-served basis.
Online Sales and Delivery:
All sales are conducted online, including Digital Access (DA) ticket sales. Tickets will be issued as digital tickets via the Arsenal App. For DA members who need assistance, phone support is available.
