Eva Stormann is a Partner (since 1998) in Secretan Troyanov's "Banking and Finance" and "Litigation" groups. She joined the Firm in 1989 and was in charge of the London office since 1999. She graduated from Geneva University of Law in 1984, was admitted to the Geneva Bar in 1986 and obtained a European Law LLM in 1993.

Eva Stormann advises banks, fund managers, securities dealers and investment advisors on legal and regulatory issues, including the registration of foreign collective investment schemes in Switzerland and CIS� housekeeping. She advises multinational companies on issues such as corporate finance (syndicated loans and related security documentation), share option plans, HR and data protection. She litigates/ coordinates cross-border litigation and acts as counsel in arbitration proceedings. She has acted as Swiss law expert in London proceedings. Further areas of activity are advice to high-profile private clients (matrimonial issues, estate planning), art-related legal issues and cross-border insolvency proceedings.

She is fluent in French, German, English and Italian with passive knowledge of Dutch and Spanish.
