Kelly Massey-Carlier is a Partner in Secretan Troyanov's "Private Clients" department. She is a U.S.-qualified Attorney at law and a U.S. and Swiss dual national.
Kelly Massey-Carlier graduated from the University of Virginia in 1992 and was admitted to the Virginia Bar the same year. Since 1999, she has been a Registered Foreign lawyer with the Geneva Bar Association. She joined Secretan Troyanov in 2005, and became a Partner in 2007. Prior to joining Secretan Troyanov, she was an associate from 1993 with Schellenberg Wittmer Avocats in Geneva.
Kelly Massey-Carlier practises in the fields of U.S. and international tax and estate planning for private clients. She specializes in trusts, foundations, corporate structuring and international transactions.
Kelly Massey-Carlier is a member of the Executive Committee of the Foreign Lawyers Section of the Geneva Bar Association since 2006. She is Vice Chairman and immediate past Chairman of STEP (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners) Suisse Romande Association (Geneva). She is also the representative for Switzerland and Liechtenstein on the STEP Worldwide Council.
She is fluent in English and French.
